Soaring Temps and Soaring at Library

Here are five things you need to know on Tuesday, Sept. 10.

• Heating Up: Temperatures are expected to be in the 80s most of the day, with rain possible in the afternoon.
• Meeting: The Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
• Soar: The Andover Cultural Council will host "Soaring," from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Hall Library. This collection of works by students from seven of the town’s elementary schools is inspired by the meaning of the word "soaring" and interpretation of the theme in the form of birds.
  
• Missing Dog: There is a missing dog in the area, and the dog's owner is offering a reward.
• Missing Cat: There's a lost cat named Dexter, a black cat last seen on Timothy Drive.
