Teen Arrests and a Car Break
The police log for Saturday, Feb. 5 and Sunday, Feb. 6 contained five arrests and many small incidents.

Saturday, Feb. 5
- At 3:01 a.m. police arrested Matthew J. Carroll, 18, of 87 Ballardvale Road, on Main Street. Carroll was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute and possession of a class E substance.
- At 1:52 p.m. a resident called about a noise complaint in a nearby apartment on Bullfinch Drive. An officer spoke with the individuals playing the music.
- At 2:48 p.m. Phillips Academy security reported two children throwing snowballs at cars on School Street. An officer found the two children and spoke with their parents.
- At 4:10 p.m. a motor vehicle accident was reported on Elm Street.
- At 8:37 p.m. police arrested John A. Lucci IV, 18, of 3 Lantern Road, on River Road. Lucci was charged with the unlawful possession of liquor.
- At 9:24 p.m. a homeowner reported that his house was egged on Haggetts Pond Road. He did not see the culprits.
- At 11:58 p.m. a resident called about icicles that fell and took down cable wires. The wires were hanging down across the road when he reported it to police. Phone and cable company notifications were made.
Sunday, Feb. 6
- At 12:42 a.m. police arrested Paul J. Dambra, 18, of 109 Jenkins Road, on Bellevue Road. Dambra was charged with disturbing the peace. A caller reported allegedly seeing an individual in her backyard on Bellevue Road shortly before Dambra was arrested.
- At 2:29 a.m. police arrested Laura J. Harney, 23, of 35 Henzie St., Reading, on Beacon Street. Harney was charged with operating under the influence of liquor. She was arrested after hitting a snow bank.
- At 3:22 a.m. police arrested Adam J. Martin-Leone, 21, of 216 Kennedy Hill Road, Goffstown, N.H. Martin-Leone was charged with disorderly conduct.
- At 7:02 p.m. police reported a motor vehicle break-in on River Road. Several items were stolen from the vehicle parked at a River Road business. There were no witnesses.
