Three Arrested on False Fire Alarm Charge

Sunday, Sept. 16
At 2:33 a.m. police arrested Cory J. Penta, 20, of 20 Passaconaway Drive, Billerica, on Fox Hill Road. Penta was charged with disorderly conduct.

At 3:51 a.m. police arrested two women and one man on the Merrimack College campus on Fox Hill Road in Andover. Police arrested Samantha A. Cali, 20, of 47 Dane St., Somerville, Kelli McGuirk, 20, of 27 Dickinson, Somerville, and Michael A. Baptista, 22, of 71 Wolcott St., Malden. All three were charged with disorderly conduct and at the false activation of a fire alarm.
At 11:10 a.m. a caller reported gun shots in the area of Tucker Road. North Andover Police reports that one of their residents is doing some skeet shooting in the area.

At 12:40 p.m. a caller reported a man on the side of the road on Route 133 yelling at cars. An officer requested a transport in order to get the man a psychiatric evaluation.
At 3:39 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported that his house on Salem Street was broken into again. He claimed it was the same individuals that attempted to rob his house the night before.
Monday, Sept. 17
At 11:16 a.m. a caller reported that her husband was the victim of identity fraud on Sparta Way.
At 2:41 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported a hit and run accident on North Main Street. The man said his motor vehicle was struck while it was parked on Lewis Street.
At 8:47 p.m. a hit and run was reported on Elm Street. The caller said his motor vehicle was stuck in front of his home on Elm Street.
