Three-Way Race for Selectmen Brewing

As the deadline to file nomination papers nears a three-way battle for two selectmen seats is the only contested race for the Annual Town Elections as of Wednesday.

Over a dozen residents have pulled nomination papers for upcoming vacancies on a variety of town boards and committtees. With less than a week left to return nomination papers, a three-way race for two seats on the Board of Selectmen appears to be the only race that is official at this point. The Annual Town Election is Tuesday, March 27. The deadline to return nomination papers is Tuesday, Feb. 7.
