The Town of Andover will hold a Special Town Meeting on December 1, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Collins Center for the West Elementary School Construction project. The purpose of the Special Town Meeting is to seek the authorization of additional funds to allow completion of construction of the new West Elementary and Shawsheen Preschool.

Town of Andover and Andover Public School officials, including members of the West Elementary & Shawsheen Building Committee, are hosting virtual and in-person information sessions leading up to the Special Town Meeting. The Finance Committee will be preparing and mailing a Finance Committee Report to each household prior to Town Meeting. By November 7, 2022, the Finance Committee Report will be available on the Town’s website by visiting www.andoverma.gov/TownMeeting
