Town Of Andover: Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Bills

Motor vehicle excise tax bills have been sent to all residents that owned vehicles as of December 31, 2022, and are due on Monday, March 20. Residents who purchase vehicles after December 31 will receive an excise tax bill later this year.

Bills can be paid online through Munis Self Service. If you should have received a bill but did not, contact the Collector's Office at 978-623-8940 or collector@andoverma.us
