The December 22nd Pop-up Covid-19 Booster Clinic is now full.

Future clinics are being planned and will be advertised as soon as details are available.

The Andover Health Division has arranged for Letourneau’s Pharmacy to conduct a Pop-up Covid-19 Booster Vaccination Clinic for those 18 years old and older. Appointments are limited, and preregistration is required:

 When:                   Wednesday, December 22, 2021

Time:                     10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, By Appointment Only

Where:                 Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St. – 2nd Floor

Vaccine:               Moderna Only

Age Range:         18 Years Old and Older

Things to bring with you”

• Insurance card so that Letourneau’s can bill your insurance; no one will be denied a vaccine due to lack of insurance.
• Your Covid-19 Vaccination card
• Paperwork that can be downloaded from the registration site.
