The project, first proposed over a year ago, will consist of two, four-story buildings being built on 20-acres. Roughly 27 acres of land will be given to the town in an area around Fish Brook and the developer will be providing $150,000 for roadway improvements along Route 133. Traffic lights will be added at the intersection of Route 133 and the entrance to the project, located across from the IRS at the Boston Sports Gym entrance.
