Two Andover Men Charged with Assault and Battery

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Saturday, Sept. 15
At 3:02 a.m. police arrested Ralton L. Ranguiong, Jr., 38, of 95 4th St., Lowell, on North Main Street. Ranguiong was charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

At 3:21 p.m. a caller reported that her purse was stolen from her booth at Andover Day. The purse was found in a dumpster and only the money was gone. It was returned to the owner.
At 3:24 p.m. a caller reported a hit and run on North Main Street. The caller reported significant property damage from a large vehicle on North Main Street.

At 4:14 p.m. a rollover accident was reported on Interstate 93 with entrapment.
At 4:49 p.m. a two-car accident with possible injuries was reported on Interstate 93.
At 5:51 p.m. a caller reported that his house on Salem Street was broken into and destroyed.
At 8:46 p.m. police arrested Kenneth A. Paquette, 36, of 157 Andover St., on Andover Street. Paquette was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
At 10:53 p.m. police arrested Bladimir Florentino, 28, of 18 Memorial Circle, on Memorial Circle. Florentino was charged with assault and battery on a household member, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Friday, Sept. 14
At 7:26 a.m. a caller reported an accident on Shawsheen Road near the high school. No injuries were reported.
At 12:55 p.m. a caller reported that her car was vandalized on Abbott Campus Road.
At 4:11 p.m. a caller reported that she was just involved in a hit and run accident on North Main Street. The vehicle took off heading north on North Main Street.
