Two Arrested on Drug Charges
The police logs for Tuesday, March 22 contained several incidents and two arrests.

Tuesday, March 22
The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
At 5:36 a.m. an officer escorted the town voting ballots to the polling station at Andover High School.

At 7:53 a.m. a hit and run was reported on Connector Road. A motorist said that he rear-ended a vehicle, but the vehicle fled the scene.
At 11:34 a.m. police arrested Andew Billcliff, 22, of Haverhill, on Random Lane. Billcliff was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a class A substance and possession of a class B substance. Police also arrested Joseph Billcliff, 27, of 7 Kimberly Road, Kingston, N.H. Joseph Billcliff was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a class A substance and possession of a class B substance.

At 1 p.m. police reported a patch of roadway that sunk in on Locke Street, shortly before School Street.
At 6:40 p.m. two loose dogs were reported on South Main Street. Officers were not able to catch the dogs.
