Unlicensed Andover Masseur Charged With Prostitution
The woman was charged after an investigation by Andover Police.
Police say a woman was offering not only massages in Andover but also sexual acts for a fee.
Yu Yun Chen, 45, of 133 Elmwood Ave., Quincy, was charged with operating an unlicenced massage parlor and sexual conduct for a fee Thursday.
She was allegedly performing her services at 195 Andover St. Apt. 2, Andover. After investigation, police performed a sting and arrested Chen.

And this may sound familiar.
A couple weeks ago, two Chinese native women living in Queens, N.Y., were charged with operating unlicensed massage parlors in North Andover (one of them right on the Andover border on Andover Street) after police posed as clients and were propositioned and offered sexual acts for money during their massages.

Those women are still pending trial, and the case is still under investigation.
The Andover case is still under investigation as well. It is unclear why the women in both cases were not charged as organizers (pimps) under the state's new human trafficking law, but it would suggest that an investigation is dealing more with their bosses in Quincy and Queens.
