The weekend is expected to bring some humidity and heat, but nothing too oppressive. So you can enjoy a weekend locally. And here are a few things to do this weekend.
Shrek: Shrek the Musical will be performed all weekend at the Collins Center at Andover High School.
Tourney For Tim: The 9th annual Tourney for Tim will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, and North Andover Middle School. This year there will be a Family Division consisting of at least one adult with children under age 12. The Pro Division is for those that like a competitive game. And the Amateur Division is for those that prefer to play more for fun. Teams are made up of 3-5 players. Any age can play. All participants receive a TFT game shirt. Cost is $75 per team, $100 same day registrations.
Pomps Pond: With temperatures expected to be in the 80s Saturday and Sunday, you may want to head to Pomps Pond to enjoy the weather.
