When Is Pomps Pond Opening?

Pomps Pond, located on Abbott Street, will be opening this Saturday, June 16, and will stay open all summer long. The recreational facility will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. until July 29, and then 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. until Aug. 12.

A season pass for Andover residents is $100 or $75 if you buy before Monday, June 18. Senior Citizens can receive a discounted season pass at $60. Non-residents can purchase daily passes for $5. Proof of residency is required for season passes.

The beach offers a variety of recreational options, from sun bathing to kayak rentals. The facility includes a beach, baseball field, snack bar, hiking trails and more.
