These are the police logs from Friday, Dec. 17 to Sunday, Dec. 19. They contain several arrests and small incidents.

Friday, Dec. 17

At 8:13 a.m. a cab driver reported that their fare gave them a fake $10 bill on Minuteman Road. An officer reported that the bill was fine and that the cab driver did not realize that there were two different styles of the $10 bill.

At 12:57 p.m. a caller reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on Haverhill Street. No injuries were reported and one motor vehicle was towed. An officer filed the incident.

At 3:52 p.m. a caller stated they had a squirrel in the house on Sheffield Circle. The animal control officer removed the squirrel from the house.

At 8:41 p.m. a callers stated that two people were playing with her Christmas decorations in her front yard on Clark Road. She said they had a flashlight and have since left, heading toward Andover Street. An officer could not locate the pair.

Saturday, Dec. 18

At 7:01 a.m. a caller reported a possible water main break on Mercury Circle. An officer confirmed the apparent water main break. The Water Department was notified and responded.

At 2:31 p.m. a resident reported a motor vehicle breakin on High Plain Road. The resident said that someone smashed her car window overnight.

At roughly 3:30 p.m. an officer ran the license plate of a motor vehicle on Lowell Street and found that it was stolen. Three individuals were arrested. Yolanda Lee Janowicz, 29, of 5 Fifth St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $250, disorderly conduct and use of a motor vehicle without authority. Michael J. Mercuri, 39, of 13 Kenwood Ave., Wilmington, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle. Delia A. Rosario, 27, of 5 Shafer St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with receiving/buying a stolen motor vehicle, the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a class B substance.

At 3:59 p.m. a caller reported a two-car crash on South Main Street. Possible injury was reported. An officer responded and one car was towed.

At 7:57 p.m. a caller stated that his motor vehicle was broken into overnight on Gina Jo Way. An officer responded and discovered two motor vehicles that had been broken into.

Sunday, Dec. 19

At 2:16 a.m. Alejandro Laverde, 44, of 508 The Heights at Cape Ann, Gloucester, was arrested on River Road and charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

At 1:59 p.m. a caller stated that two males were rolling some kind of cigarette on Washington Park Drive. An officer responded and found they were smoking tobacco.

At 6:09 p.m. Dimitrois Calpouzos, 21, of 41 Upland Road, Burlington, was arrested on River Road and charged with the distribution of a class D substance.

At 11:39 p.m. a caller reported loud music on Lowell Street but did not know where it was coming from. An officer responded and reported it was coming from a car at 161 Lowell Street. They were advised to turn their music down.
