Will Work to Rule Affect the Prom?
The short answer is no. As the senior prom is run by teachers, who are volunteering, technically Work to Rule dictates that they not volunteer. School committee chairman Annie Gilbert said that if the new teachers' contract is not signed by the time of prom, then they will figure out a way to run the dance without teacher support.
