State Police arrested a woman on Interstate 495 this past weekend after she crashed into a marked police cruiser. Shortly before 12:55 a.m. on Saturday morning, a state police trooper was observing a vehicle on Interstate 495 in Andover for possible impaired operation. At that time, the operator, Natalie Quadros, 27, of Haverhill, swerved across the road and collided witht he cruiser. Quadros was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, failure to signal, a marked lanes violation and state highway traffic violations. Nobody was injured in the incident and Quadros was released on personal recognizance and was due to appear in Lawrence District Court on Monday, March 19.
