According to court documents, Gibson had resisted arrest with Tewksbury officers and they were forced to use a tazer gun twice in order to apprehend him.
A police report on the incident describes Norcia’s initial call. On the phone with an emeregency dispatcher, she said she had taken three “hits” of LSD, along with Gibson, and had helped sneak their vehicle under a chain barrier into a section of wooded trails in a conservation area.
According to the police report, Norcia claimed that Gibson allegedly bit the flesh on her face right underneath her eye when they were both in the car and under the effects of LSD.
Norcia had left the car at one point while talking to police but then returned and was planning to beep the horn when she suddenly said she couldn’t for a reason she did not explain. She flashed her lights and attempted to describe her location to police until Tewksbury Police eventually found her and her boyfriend.
