2 Arlington Sex Offenders Get Registration Changes: Police
Both men are designated level three sex offenders, the most dangerous under Massachusetts law.

The Arlington Police Department announced registration changes Tuesday for two sex offenders in Arlington.
The police department is required to alert the public of any changes to sex offender registrations under a community notification effort, according to an Arlington Police release.

- William P. Kelliher has registered a secondary address at 43 Warren St in Arlington.
- Michael Innis is no longer an Arlington resident.
Both men are designated level three sex offenders.
Under Massachusetts law, level three sex offenders are designated as such when the Sex Offender Registry Board determines that "the risk of reoffense is high and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a substantial public safety interest is served by active dissemination, it shall give a level 3 designation to the sex offender."
