Arlington Coronavirus Update: Number Of Deaths Rises To 23

ARLINGTON, MA — The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Arlington continues to steadily rise after hitting 200 this week. As of Wednesday, the case count stood at 216, according to the latest figures from the town. The number of deaths attributed to the coronavirus rose to 23.
The number of cases reported at Arlington's senior care facilities remains at 78.

The town of Arlington and the Chamber of Commerce partnered on "Shop Local Bingo," an initiative designed to support local businesses during the coronavirus pandemic. Here's how it works: each bingo card contains 24 local businesses and restaurants that are offering takeout, food delivery, gift cards or online shopping. The town announced the launch of the Arlington COVID-19 Relief Fund Tuesday and is seeking donations to help residents in need during and after the coronavirus crisis.
