Arlington Expanding Coronavirus Testing For Residents
A drive-thru clinic will be held at AFC Urgent Care next week, and more testing will be done among high-risk populations.

ARLINGTON, MA — The Arlington Health Department has partnered with AFC Urgent Care to offer coronavirus testing to residents. The announcement comes on the heels of new guidance issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, which encourages close contacts of individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 to get tested regardless of symptoms.
Residents looking to get tested must call AFC Urgent Care Arlington at 781-648-4572 to be pre-screened. Upon screening and approval for testing, residents will be assigned an appointment time. The Arlington Health Department will contact residents to inform them of their results, which are typically reported within 48 hours.
Additionally, a drive up testing clinic will be held on Thursday, May 21 from 2-7 p.m. Residents must first call and obtain an appointment time. View additional testing locations.
