Deadline For Food Donations is Friday

DeVito funeral Home has partnered with Arlington EATS , a local organization that provides school aged families with two meals every other week, to ensure that they have healthy hearty meals at home.

DeVito will be collecting pancake mix and syrup for Arlington EATS to offer as a meal option in November. They need 50 of each item to be able to offer each family enrolled in the program the same meal (type of mix and syrup can vary, ex: Trader Joes, Aunt Jemima, etc.)

As a special treat for the upcoming holidays, DeVito’s would also like to collect 50 cake mixes so that the children can look forward to baking at home with their families.

You can drop off your donation of pancake mix and syrup and/or cake mix at DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass Ave in Arlington anytime before Friday, Oct. 30.

Please pull around the back of the building and there will be a plastic bin out back to place your food donation in.
If you would like to donate but have difficulty dropping the product off, please contact us and we can work out a pickup option. Monetary donations are welcome as well.
