Mass. Ave. Reconstruction Project Update
Work on the Massachusetts Avenue Reconstruction project is ongoing. The Town is providing updates during the construction.

Construction on the Massachusetts Avenue Reconstruction Project is ongoing, with work being performed on both sides of the avenue, according to the Town of Arlington.
The town has provided updates on the project’s progress. During the week of June 29, the rebuild project will work an abbreviated week in observance of Independence Day.
On Thursday, July 2, the construction site will be cleaned and temporary asphalt patches will be laid down to accommodate Fourth of July activities, according to the Town of Arlington. Construction will not take place on Friday, July 3.

On June 29, June 30 and July 1, work will include traffic signal conduit installation at the corner of Lake Street and Massachusetts Avenue, the town said. Sidewalk pouring will be performed from Henderson Street to the Alewife Brook Parkway on the left side of the avenue and from Orvis Road to Lake Street on the left.
