The man who allegedly provoked the Attleboro Police to order a "shelter-in-place" for a Jackson St. neighborhood will be back in court Friday. Richard Galliotte, 19, of Attleboro was arraigned Monday. According to Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for District Attorney Sam Sutter, Galliotte was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Friday morning. <a href="https://attleboro.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/police-surround-jackson-and-fourth-st-after-early-morning-shooting">Galliotte was arrested Friday</a> on Jackson St. after a nearly seven hour standoff. According to police, Galliotte barricaded himself in his home on 8 Jackson St. after sending one victim to Rhode Island Hospital with a non-fatal gunshot wound. It took a SWAT team and a K-9 to take Galliotte into custody.
