
Students in kindergarten through eighth grade at posted impressive scores recently in the Terra Nova Achievement Tests.
The students collectively tested 2.4 grade levels above normal, "with many scores being in the proficient and advanced categories." Students in grades five through eight concluded at 3.5 levels beyond average, with eighth-graders finishing at the post-high school level.
The scores placed Dayspring "beyond the 70th percentile of all schools in the United States tested," said school administator Frank Rydwansky.

"We are very pleased with our students' results in the Terra Nova tests, especially since this was the first year we used this testing program," Rydwansky said. "I think it's a great tribute to our faculty and administration that our students performed so well."
