Annually, I organize "Thankful for You" Pumpkin Pie Event to benefit the Attleboro Angels, rallying donations from the Attleboro Community and neighboring towns like North Attleboro, Plainville, Mansfield, Norton, Providence, Cumberland, etc. Additionally, I enjoy networking to connect businesses and foster relationships within the local community. First-grade students at ﻿ in Attleboro recently learned what it takes to build a house. The students read the book A House Is a House for Me and then made their own journal with 10 different ideas of what constitutes a house. The students could choose anything except a house for a person. They had to draw pictures to go along with what they came up with. Also, the students had to build a house and write out the steps that took them to do the project. The students got to show off their projects to the parents on the last day of school.
