Seekonk Resident Studies in London

Seekonk resident Taylor Dalton, a 2010 graduate of in East Providence, just finished her sophomore year at Yale University. Rather than spend her summer relaxing at the beach, she has chosen to spend it enrolled in the Yale in London Program. The program allows students to take classes at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art.

Dalton is taking two courses for credit—a study in Charles Dickens and British modern drama and art. 

Her younger sister Lindsay is also setting lofty academic goals. She will attend Bay View in the fall, starting her freshman year with a highly coveted academic scholarship.
