Students Build Robotic Car

students recently participated in Botfest at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. The annual event is a non-competitive exhibition at which robotics enthusiasts can show off their creations.

A St. John's entry called the "Jaguar," featured a rear-wheel drive robotic car built from Lego WeDo . It was programmed to drive and avoid obstacles. Another entry was "Artbot," which drew a colorful picture of the path it takes through a maze. It used a touch sensor to find and bounce off the walls in the maze.
