Assault and Battery, Robbery and Shoplifting

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between July 13 and July 14.

July 13

  • *2:27 a.m. Michael Cote, 29, of 43 Belair St. was arrested at 119 Pond St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery, defacing property, malicius damage to a motor vehicle, and intimidating a witness.
  • 3 a.m. Boaventura Pereira, 36, of Central Falls was arrested at 52 Carlon St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace and public drinking
  • 3:19 a.m. Jose Rodrigues, 33, of Central Falls was arrested at 52 Carlon St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace and public drinking.
  • 3:39 a.m. Rocco Lavita, 19, of 27 Juniper Ave. was arrested at South Ave for suspicion of OUI drugs and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 5:02 a.m. Samuel Dasilva, 37, of 41 Dunham St. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and unarmed robbery.
  • 5:43 a.m. Cristian Durex, 22, of 1 Bretton Woods Dr. was arrested at County St. for suspicion of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield.
July 14
  • 4:04 a.m. Robert Weigner, 28, of 1346 Newport Ave Apt. D6 was arrested at County St. on a warrant and charged with possession of a class C substance.
  • 1:14 p.m. Crystal Cataloni, 26, of Central Falls was arrested at 1130 Newport Ave for suspicion of shoplifting by asportation, destruction of property, assault and battery and resisting arrest.
