Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, OUI and Shoplifting
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between July 18 and July 20.
July 18
- *12:41 a.m. Robert Berec, 37, of 250 Park St. was arrested at 18 Steere St. ofor suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order.
- 7:19 p.m. Carl Osorio, 22, of Cumberland was arrested at 110 North Main St. on a warrant and charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.
- 11:28 p.m. Michael Rose, 52, was arrested at 80 County St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
- 1:18 p.m. Joshua Vargas, 22, of 25 Scott St. Apt. L was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
- 2:53 p.m. Brian McMahon, 41, of 15 Hayward St. Apt. 3 was arrested at 71 Pleasant St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
- 5:53 p.m. Phillip Mobley, 21, of Rehoboth was arrested at Beverly Cir. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a motor vehicle lights violation and a number plate violation.
- 11:53 p.m. Steven Jaeger, 38, of 2 George Ide Dr. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault.
- 3:06 a.m. Dillon Bassett, 27, of 18 Bearcourt Dr. was arrested at 946 Washington St. on a warrant and charged with an unregistered motor vehicle.
- 3:45 p.m. Tara Mill, 45, of 200 Park St. Apt. 215 was arrested at 469 Pleasant St. for suspicion of shoplifting and on a warrant for OUI liquor, second offense.
