A 32-year-old Attleboro man was charged on a number of offenses, including trafficking heroin, resisting arrest and furnishing a false name during a State Police traffic stop on Route 495 in Taunton. Trooper Jason Trout pulled over a Nissan Altima because of motor vehicle violations. "As a result of an investigation, with the assistance of Trooper John Santos, the driver was found to be in possession of approximately 547 grams of suspected heroin. After a brief struggle, the man was placed under arrest and taken into custody. The 32-year-old man from Attleboro was charged with several offenses, including Trafficking heroin, resisting arrest and furnishing a false name.
