Attleboro Police Make Drug and Alcohol Related Arrests

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents Attleboro Police arrests between June 7 and June 9

June 7

  • *1:30 p.m. Agustin Ramos, 30, was arrested at Pleasant St. for suspicion of distribution of a Class B Substance.
  • 11:30 p.m. Kenneth Masson, 53, of 76 Holman St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

June 8

  • 10:00 p.m. Glenn Filipe, 48, of 94 Middle St. was arrested at Buena Vista Dr. for suspicion of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and defacing property.
  • 10:35 p.m. Edin Martinez Garcia, 25, of Stoughton was arrested at County St. for suspicion of a marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.

June 9

  • 6:43 p.m. Craig Franklin, 30, of North Attleborough was arrested on a warrant at South Main St. and charged with speeding.
  • 9 p.m. Theresa Mowatt, 32, of 21 Hillcrest Dr. was arrested at 67 Mechanic St. on a warrant and charged with assault and battery on a police officer. She was also arrested for suspicion of Class B drug possession.
  • 10:23 p.m. Christopher Rodrigues, 26, of 65 Hawthorne St. was arrested at his house for suspicion of disturbing the peace.
