Eight candidates are running for city councilor at-large — James J. Dilisio, Jose F. Lemus, Ty Waterman, Richard J. Conti, Cathleen DeSimone, Roxanne Ruth Houghton, Peter Blais and Dale Joseph Rheaume. Five of the councilor at-large candidates will be elected. Two other contested races include Lionel Choiniere competing against Stephen Withers for the city clerk's position, and Sara-Lynn Reynolds competing against James K.
