Bail Raised for Man Accused of Sex with Teens
One of the victim's says the Seekonk resident and Taunton high school teacher smoked marijuana with her prior to having sex three times, according to the prosecution.

A Fall River Superior Court judge denied a prosecutor's motion Monday to keep a 33-year-old Seekonk man accused of sex with teens in custody without bail for up to 90 days as part of a dangerousness hearing request, according to NBC 10 in Providence. However, the judge raised the bail for Patrick Doyle from $100,000 to $150,000,
Doyle, who teaches social studies at Taunton High School, is facing several charges including aggravated statutory rape. Prosecutors allege he sent lewd photos via cellphone to underage girls, had sex with one teen at his home and sexual contact with another on the high school campus. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and Doyle's lawyer recently called the accusers "

The court also heard new details of the case that had been sealed.
"Victim No. 2 reported that Mr. Doyle picked her up from her home in Taunton, drove her to his home in Seekonk, gave her marijuana, smoked it with her and then had sex with her three times," Assistant District Attorney Casey Smith said.

If Doyle were to post bail, he would have to wear a GPS monitoring device, according to NBC 10. He has been ordered to stay away from the teen accusers.
