After a lengthy delay, The Caribbean Kitchen could soon open at 15 Park St. Owner Lisa Palmer, her family and staff were at the  on Saturday giving out free samples of their jerk chicken and other Jamaican cuisine.  It has been more than a year since that Palmer would open the restaurant at the vacant downtown location with the help of federal grant money via the city. But there have been , then it appeared the restaurant , followed by news that . Palmer told Attleboro Patch that the eatery is tentatively scheduled to open Sept. 20.
