Disorderly Conduct, Third Offense OUI and Assault and Battery
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Sept. 30 and Oct. 2
Sept. 30
- *12:46 a.m. Jose Acevedo, 38, of B11 Colvin St. was arrested at County St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- 3:29 p.m. Keith Godfrey, 39, of N. Smithfield RI was arrested at Edna Dr. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered operation of a motor vehicle and number plate violation.
- 6:13 p.m. Tabitha McFall, 28, of 14 Rex Ave was arrested at Newport Ave on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- 10:48 p.m. Douglas Swenson, 50, of 40 Camp St. was arrested at 271 County St. for suspicion of third offense OUI.
- 12:22 p.m. Shawn Parham, 29, of Boston was arrested at Falmouth St. and for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor.
- 1:08 p.m. Nelson Amorim, 30, of 54 Cypress Rd. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
- 1:27 p.m. Melinda Santiago, 24, of East Providence was arrested at Newport Ave for suspicion of shoplifting.
- 1:33 p.m. Katelyn Stuart, 21, of East Providence was arrested at Newport Ave for suspicion of shoplifting and on a warrant for possession of liquor under 21.
- 7:10 p.m. Erica Walton, 30, of North Attleboro was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of possession of a Class C substance.
- 11:37 p.m. Sasha Murray, 24, of 54A Peck St. was arrested at N. Main St. for suspicion of second offense OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
