Disturbing School, Illegal Driving, Assault

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

April 1

• *12 a.m. Nathaniel J. Ramaglia, 24, of Attleboro was arrested at 87 Allenson Ave. on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
• 7:07 p.m. Dennis Juan Rivera, 25, of Attleboro was arrested on James Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also accused of failing to use a signal.

April 2

• 5:07 p.m. Edwin Aguirre-Guerra, 24, of Dorchester was arrested at 999 Read St. on a warrant. He was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

April 3

• 11:43 a.m. Johnathan William Kay, 28, of Attleboro was arrested at 24 Peck St. on a warrant. He was charged with "utter false instrument."
• 11:59 a.m. Madison Mackenzie, 18, of Attleboro was arrested at Attleboro High School on suspicion of disturbing the peace and disturbing a school.
• 2:41 p.m. Eric James Grudain, 23, of Attleboro was arrested in Providence on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
