Authorities have identified 30-year-old Charles Rubio of Pawtucket as the man who was driving the truck early Sunday morning that overturned on Fall River Avenue, leading to that destroyed the historic , according to the <a href="http://news.providencejournal.com/breaking-news/2012/06/truck-driver-in.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Providence Journal</a>. The newspaper reported: <blockquote> Rubio was treated at Rhode Island Hospital [in Providence] ... The crash remains under investigation, [Seekonk] Police Chief Ron Charron said. The Massachusetts State Police are to inspect the truck, owned by W.E. Pray Co. of Seekonk. </blockquote>
