Drug Arrests, OUI and Witness Intimidation

The following represents Attleboro Police arrests between June 3 and June 6

June 3

• *11:03 a.m. Paul Flynn, 27, of 50 Maynard St. Apt. 103 was arrested at Fifth St. for suspicion of attempt to commit a crime, defacing property, disturbing the peace and witness intimidation.
• 7:34 p.m. Kyle Jacques, 25, of 27 Emory St. was arrested at North Ave for a warrant and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• 8:07 p.m. Andrew Farrell, 24, of 30 Cummings St. Apt. 2 was arrested at North Ave for suspicion of operation of a motor vehicle without a license and an equipment volation.
• 8:20 p.m. Jacob Morine, 19, of North Attleborough was arrested at Maple St. for suspicion of possession to distrubute a Class D substance, carrying a dangerous weapon and a drug violation near a school

June 4

• 1:36 a.m. Jason Hernandez, 34, of 150 Maple St. was arrested on County St. for suspicion of 2nd offense OUI and neglegent operation of a motor vehicle.
• 10:03 a.m. Angela Ladebauche, 28 of 246 Park St. was arrested on Newport Ave for suspicion of shoplifting by asportation.

June 5

• 4:27 a.m. Ashley Mello, 22, of Fall River was arrested on Highland Ave on a warrant and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• 12:23 p.m. Mark Falugo, 47 of 140 North Main St. Apt. 7C was arrested on Park St. on a warrant and charged with an unregistered motor vehicle.

June 6

• 11:29 a.m. Justin Deavellar, 34 of 22 Oakhill Ave Apt. 2 was arrested on South Ave for suspicion of drug possession, class B and conspiracy to violate drug law.
• 12 p.m. Leann Souza, 33, of Raynham was arrested on South Ave for suspicion of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distrubute, conspiracy to violate drug law and cocaine with intent to distribute.
• 6:50 p.m. Angela Gross, 32, of 67 Peck St. Apt. 2 was arrested at her home for suspicion of a threat to commit a crime and disturbing the peace.
• 9:12 p.m. Debra Sama, 51, of Waltham was arrested on Park St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
• 11:01 p.m. Dennis Rivera, 25, of 8 Merritt Place Apt. 1 was arrested at 23 Snell St. on a warrant and charged with assault and battery.
