Drunk Driving, Resisting Arrest, and Assault With a Dangerous Weapon

The following represents arrests between August 2 and August 4.

August 2

• *2:03 p.m. Matthew Weymouth, 27, of 12 May St. was arrested at May St. on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• 4:47 p.m. Michael Sears, 49, of Mansfield was arrested at 27 George St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace.
• 7:12 p.m. Marcia Cole, 66, of 4 Liberty Dr. was arrested at Seven Mile River Dr. for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
• 11:09 p.m. Odair Fontes, 28, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at 290 County St. on a warrant and charged with an unregistered motor vehicle.

August 3

• 11:50 a.m. Margaret Smith, 59, of 263 County St. was arrested at 19 Bushee St. for suspicion of destruction of property, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
• 5:38 p.m. Christopher Frank, 20, of 16 Laurier Ave. was arrested at 26 Boardman Lane for suspicion of breaking and entering, defacing property, trespassing and assault

August 4

• 2:09 a.m. Kimmeka Gaines, 42, of 5 Third St. Apt. 1 was arrested at 79 North Ave. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and defacing property.
• 4:11 p.m. Andrew Moulton, 22, of Franklin was arrested at 1130 Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting
• 8:56 p.m. Roberto Cintron, 31, of 146 Pine St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
