Everything You Need to Know This Weekend at the 'Do You Have What it Takes - True Grit' Publicity Kickoff
A look at the event, which will take place in Attleboro this weekend.

The Literacy Center has teamed up with the Attleboro Public Library to celebrate International Literacy Day and kick-off a "community-wide reading" of True Grit.
The publicity event will be this weekend with tests of strength and endurance based on western themes
Here are all the details for what you can expect:

- Saturday, 1:30 p.m.

- Balfour Riverwalk Park
What type of Events?
- Horse roping
- horse shoes
- cowboy poetry readings
- horse riding (weather permitting)
- Kids: Try a pony ride in the Balfour Riverwalk next to the Library courtesy of the local Cityslickers 4 H Club
What Else?
- Free books and craft with Project Connect Family Center. Books and Big Read materials will be handed out.
