Larceny, A&B With a Dangerous Weapon and Drug Possession

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Oct.3 and Oct. 4

Oct. 3

  • *12:34 p.m. Miguel Garcia, 45, of Pawtucket R.I. was arrested at Oak St. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, load unsecured/uncovered and on a warrant for number plate violation.
  • 5:37 p.m. Nicholas Linfield, 26, of Mansfield was arrested at 126 S. Main St. on a warrant and charged with an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.
  • 10:22 p.m. Jency Moscoso, 20, of 59 Dunham St. No. 2 was arrested at County St. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Oct. 4
  • 1:38 p.m. Kimberly Curry, 27, of 64 Dunham St. Apt. 1 was arrested in Cranston on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
  • 6:33 p.m. James Swierk, 62, of 128 County St. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home for suspicion of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
  • 9:04 p.m. Timothy Easterbrooks, 28, of 284 Phillips St. was arrested at Maple St. for suspicion of possession of a Class B substance and on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
