Massachusetts Man Upskirted Woman At Walmart: Police
Police said Craig Tavares used his phone to capture images up a woman's skirt at the Dartmouth Walmart.

DARTMOUTH, MA — A Westport man was arrested Friday and charged with upskirting a woman at the Dartmouth Walmart, according to police. Police said Craig Tavares, 30, was charged with "photographing, videotaping or electronically surveilling partially nude or nude person or the sexual or other intimate parts of a person around the person's clothing" — otherwise known as upskirting.
Police said they received a complaint Tavares was "utilizing his cell phone to attempt to photograph or video under the skirt of a female patron." Officers responded to the store, corroborated the report and arrested Tavares, according to police.
