Nearly Naked Man Jumps out Window to Avoid Arrest
He is found about an hour after the jump.

An attempt to serve a Mulberry Street man with two warrants Friday morning turned into an unusual episode, according to the Attleboro Police Department.
Lt. James Kean said that when officers arrived at 31-year-old Timothy Scannell's home at 9:10 a.m. to arrest him on warrants for alleged assault and battery as well as felony assault and battery to intimidate a witness, he jumped out of the home's second-floor window dressed only in his underwear.
A perimiter was set up near the home at 35 Mulberry Street and tracking dogs were brought in from the state police and Department of Corrections. Nearby Thacher Elementary School and a daycare were put on lockdown. Kean stressed the children were never in danger, but the action was taken to reduce the number of places Scannell had to hide.
