Obituary: Brian P. "Hammer" Pardey Sr.
An Attleboro High School graduate, he is a member of the Attleboro area Hall of Fame.

Brian P. "Hammer" Pardey Sr., of Burt Street in Attleboro died April 17 at his home. He was 58.
He was born in Groton, Conn. to Frederick & Janet A. (Prew) Pardey. Pardey was an Attleboro resident since 1968, coming from Charlestown, S.C.
He graduated from Attleboro High School in 1974 and was inducted in to the Attleboro area Hall of Fame in 1988.

Pardey was a construction supervisor for more than 17 years at the Home worker Company Inc. He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Attleboro and a former member of the Bristol Lodge of North Attleboro.
He enjoyed fishing off the shores of Martha's Vineyard, playing cards, cooking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include longtime companion Deb Garrant; son Brian Pardey Jr.; daughters Jaclyn Greenhill, Katie Campbell and Jamie Scanlon; brother Frederick Pardey; sister Betty Kay McKerney; grandchildren Nick Jordan, Kayleigh Tomlin, Destiny Campbell, Emiley Scanlon, Rhiannon Greenhill, Ava Greenhill, Brian Pardey III and Savannah Campbell as well as five nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Foley-Hathway Funeral Home, located at 126 South Main St. in Attleboro
