June 25

  • 11:57 a.m. A report was taken following the report of a breaking and entering of a vehicle in the parking lot at the  on Highland Avenue.

  • 8:17 a.m. There was a report of two loose cows on Chestnut and County streets. A field driver was notified and responded.  
  • 12:20 p.m. There was a report of teens harassing customers to buy them tobacco products at the Gulf gas station on Fall River Avenue. The teens had left before police officers arrived.
  • 5:49 p.m. A 28-year-old man received a summons on suspicion of operating a vehicle with a revoked license following a traffic stop on Taunton Avenue.

June 27

  • 12:12 a.m. There was a report of somebody trying to steal a scrap from . Officers checked the area and determined the report was unfounded.
  • 6:56 a.m. A 45-year-old man received a summons on suspicion of operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at the intersection of Taunton Avenue and Elm Street. The vehicle was towed.
  • 7:38 a.m. There was a report of attempted larceny at the Grist Mill site. Liquor was found "stacked up to be removed from the property." A report was taken.
  • 12:31 p.m. A 22-year-old man received a summons on supsicion of not possessing a license, seat belt violation and speeding following a traffic stop at the intersection of County Street and WIndham Shire Drive.
  • 6:07 p.m. A group of people riding ATVs on Tower Road was forced to disperse. They were advised not to ride there.
  • 6:09 p.m. There was a report of a loose pig in the vicinity of . A nearby farm was notified. The report was determined to be unfounded.

June 29

  • 4:01 a.m. Information was logged following the report of four downed mailboxes on Anthony Street.

July 1

  • 1:24 p.m. A Ledge Road resident called 911 to report his wife drove away with their 6-year-old son not secured with a seat belt. The caller was advised on the proper use of 911.
