Seekonk Police Log: Shoplifting, Assault
The police department reports five arrests during the week of June 11-17.

The reports the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):
June 11
- *10:06 p.m. Marcos Anthony Zapata, 37, of East Providence was arrested on an unspecified warrant outside the on Highland Avenue. Police were responding to a report of a known female shoplifter being in the store.
June 13

- 5:06 p.m. Jeremy Michael Amaral, 38, of East Providence was arrested at on Highland Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting in excess of $100.
June 16
- 10:53 p.m. William Thomas Stanley Jr., 25, of Rehoboth was arrested at the intersection of Burrs Pond and Fall River Avenue on an unspecified warrant and on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also accused of failing to yield at an intersection.
June 17

- 2:47 a.m. Elisabeth R. Titus, 22, of Seekonk was arrested at her Pine Street home on suspicion of assault and battery. The police were responding to a report of a female assaulting a male.
- 11:48 p.m. Nelson V. Cabral, 32, of Providence was arrested at a home on Old Fall River Road on suspicion of larceny over $250, trespassing with a motor vehicle and use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony. Police were responding to reports of "loud noises near a building." Rehoboth and state police assisted in the arrest.
