Shoplifting, Open Container and Drug Possession
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Jan. 10 through Jan. 12.
Jan. 10
- *2:05 p.m. Katy Loto, 44, of Mansfield was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of shoplifting.
- 6:22 p.m. Alicia Talbot, 28, of 64 Dunham St. Apt. 1 was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of shoplifting.
- 6:41 p.m. Kimberly Curry, 27, of 64 Dunham St. Apt. 1 was arrested at Park St. for shoplifting and on a warrant for larceny.
- 2:39 a.m. Karina Villa-Duran, 24, of N. Attleboro was arrested at County St. for no inspection sticker.
- 2:41 a.m. Gerald Boulay, 41, of Norton was arrested at S. Main St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
- 11:12 a.m. Alexander Summons, 26, of Boston was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop/yield and using a motor vehicle without authority.
- 1:41 p.m. Jeffery Green, 31, of Mansfield was arrested at Newport Ave. for shoplifting.
- 1:48 p.m. Benjamin Waite, 29, of Norton was arrested at Newport Av. for shoplifting.
- 6 p.m. Timothy Huynh, 21, of Fall River was arrested at S. Main St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a lights violation, alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, and possession to distribute a Class D substance.
- 10:58 p.m. Christian Boria, 19, of Central Falls, RI was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of receiving a stolen vehicle, drinking alcohol from an open container, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and improper turn.
