Trafficking Cocaine, Drugs and Assault and Battery
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between July 29 and August 1.
July 29
- *01:37 a.m. Leon Smith, 32, of Roxbury was arrested at 11 Mulberry St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and providing a false name after arrest.
- 6:40 p.m. Phillip Viveiros, 27, of Cumberland, RI was arrested at bacon St. on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- 9:48 p.m. Edmund Burke, 62, of 101 Coleman Ave. was arrested at his home for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
- 1:38 p.m. Stephen Ryan, 26, of N. Attleboro was arrested at 110 North Main St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
- 2:52 p.m. Lisa Shea, 49, of 45 Linden St. Apt. 1 was arrested at Ellis St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a Class C substance and operating a motor vehicle with an open container.
- 9:17 p.m. Jernell Cook, 27, of 41 Dunham St. Apt. 3 was arrested at Clifton St. for suspicion trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to violate a drug law.
- 9:19 p.m. Adam Salter, 28, of Norton was arrested at Clifton St. for suspicion of possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate a drug law.
- 10:33 p.m. William Cameron, 28, of Seekonk was arrested at 217 S. Main St. for suspicion of distributing a Class B substance.
- 9:16 a.m. Joseph Smith, 23, of 27A Maple St. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home for suspicion of breaking and entering and defacing property.
- 10:41 a.m. Somsack Sithong, 31 of Providence, RI was arrested on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
- 12:16 p.m. David Day, 32, of Harrisville, RI was arrested at 251 Washington St. for suspicion of shoplifting.
- 12:48 p.m. Peter Tenney, 43, of Woonsocket, RI was arrested at 251 Washington St. for suspicion of larceny over $250 and on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
- 11:39 p.m. Allen Ripley, 26, of 48 Dunham St. Apt. 2 was arrested at 19 Bishop St. on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
- 10:04 p.m. Richard Galiotte, 19, of 9 Jackson St. Apt. 3 was arrested at S. Main St. for suspicion of public drinking, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.
