Which brings us to the <a href="http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=41.9667703&amp;lon=-71.18699630000003&amp;site=all&amp;smap=1&amp;searchresult=Norton%2C%20MA%2C%20USA#.UnAZVSSAufY" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">weather forecast for Halloween 2013</a>, Thursday night.  The treat looks like it won't be too chilly with highs in the mid-50s Thursday night. But a trick could be in store, too: there is a 50 percent chance of rain in the evening. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch are possible, according to the National Weather Service. Our Advice: If you're dressing up - maybe incorporate an umbrella or raincoat into your costume this year.
