4 Taken To Hospital After Cape Cod Crash

ORLEANS, MA — A Sunday crash on Cape Cod sent four people to the hospital and closed a local road, officials said.

Orleans police said three cars were involved in a crash at 191 Route 6A on Sunday around 8 a.m. The crash involved a head-on collision between two of the vehicles.

Officials at the scene determined that three cars were involved in two separate collisions. Everyone involved remained on the scene, though three people were eventually taken to Cape Cod Hospital while a fourth was flown to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Route 6A North was closed while an investigation took place.
